sorry hon, but I don't picture you as shocking LOL! I do love your black and white perspectives. Why do pictures with hands and fingers seem to say so much?
Terry, I keep forgetting to write a little blurb that explains the title. It is more of a reference to me being shocked, often by life, repeatedly to where I finally got to the point where I said, "Whoa---okay, so's it gonna be that way, is it?" And decided to focus on all the good shocks I get...Like almost stepping on a black racer who was pretending to be a rattlesnake the other day and then running across a red rigneck snake that was soooo beautimous and tiny. So bright orange on the underneath side of him. Good shocks...such as finding out I am going to get a piece of lava and wind up getting TWO of them from radically different places. YAY! Shocking Oliviah isn't always bad.
I like snakes. Once I saw a coral king snake and a western diamondback rattler engaged in a deadly battle in the back yard of our Topanga Canyon house. The coral king was so beautiful with his bands of coral, white and black... I wasn't allowed to see the end of the battle because my Mom whisked me into the house. Coral kingsnakes are impervious to the venom of the rattlesnake.
